While we work hard to ensure our date calculations are accurate, we don't guarantee perfect precision for a few reasons:
- Different time zones can affect day calculations
- Leap years, daylight saving time, and calendar anomalies exist
- Sometimes governments change dates or calendar systems
- Time itself is a human construct (mind blown)
Important note: Do not use our date calculator for critical timing in medical, financial, legal, or other high-stakes situations where precision timing is crucial. We're great for counting down to birthdays, not spacecraft launches.
Content & Intellectual Property
All content on HowManyDays.org—including our design, logo, calculations, and witty date puns—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy or repurpose our site or its features without permission.
However, any personal countdowns, calculations, or dates you create are yours. We don't claim any ownership over your special days (though we might be silently excited about your upcoming birthday).
User-Generated Content
If our service allows you to create content or share date-related information, you agree:

- Your content doesn't violate any laws or infringe on others' rights
- Your content isn't harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
